Discover the charming, fully renovated Chez Lulu cottage located in Nixéville, near Verdun. This unique house welcomes you in a comfortable and welcoming setting, ideal for your stays with family or friends.  
  
The accommodation opens onto an entrance hall with access to a private garage. A few steps lead you to an intermediate landing where you'll find a bright, spacious, and fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, and microwave. The cozy living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A guest toilet completes this level.  
  
On the first floor, you'll discover three spacious bedrooms, one of which is accessible by a few steps down. Each bedroom has a double bed, and one of them also offers a single bed, ideal for accommodating the whole family. A magnificent bathroom awaits you, accessible by a few steps down, with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a separate toilet.  
  
Although the cottage does not have a private outdoor space, an orchard is available for picnicking, relaxing, sunbathing, or playing with the children in a peaceful, natural setting.  
  
Nearby, Verdun offers a wide range of tourist activities:

\- Discover the Verdun Memorial and its museums

Our cottage in Nixéville is the ideal starting point for exploring this region steeped in history and nature. We look forward to welcoming you for a memorable stay. The cottage features an entrance with garage access (5.30m x 2.90m). After a few steps, an intermediate landing leads to a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a toilet.  
  
On the first floor: two bedrooms with a 140x190 cm bed and one bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a 90x190 cm bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and bathtub. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

 Bij aankomst werden wij vriendelijk ontvangenIk kreeg een uitgebreide rondleiding met veel info. Het was heel ruim, schoon en netjes. Directe telefonische oplossing en hulp bij wifiprobleem.Weinig ramen, beetje donker en jammer dat er geen tuin was. Voorzichtig met de trappen! Heel centraal voor uitstapjes
