Large room well equiped (regrigerator, microwave, hair drier, coffee) but neither the air conditioning or the wifi worked.

All the staff was very kind, professional and accommodating to our request. The room we had was wonderful in cleanliness and layout. The bed was a ok but the pillows needed to be replaced due to lumpiness and over all lack of comfort. The shower was set up nice but the holder for the shower head was not able to use because it was torn up prior to our arrival. The shower head when it was on was non adjustable and the water stream was like using a power washer at max levels. It actually hurt to shower. The toilet seat came off in the middle of the night when I was using the bathroom. I was able to reattach it thankfully. I secured it back to the position it should have been in to begin with.

Staff is friendly property is clean. Easy accessibility to dining and stores. Nestled in-between Springfeild and Silverdollar city. No traffic. Playground across the street yet quiet.

Nice simple place to stay in the Springfield area. Good staff. Awful Breakfast.

The property was fine. The breakfast options were limited and there was very limited seating in the breakfast area (seven total chairs at two tables!). Not a very welcoming area. What breakfast food they did provide was tasty.

Everything was great. This was my second stay at this location, and I'll stay there again whenever I'm in the area.

Everything about the property seemed nice, clean, and comfortable. The price was reasonable, and I can definitely see myself staying there again!

Other than the toilet not flushing properly it was a nice quiet stay. Sweet, friendly people that operate the hotel and I felt safe while traveling alone. Very clean newly renovated hotel! I'll stop back again my next visit through Nixa but wishing the cost was more competitive.

Beds were comfortable, bathroom-the toilet kept running all night, we told the front desk. Breakfast was very minimal, the breaker had flipped so nothing was working correctly and took a long time to get going again and unfortunately we were in a hurry. No elevator. We did not know this ahead of time and would have stayed elsewhere had we known, due to mobility issues with stairs.
