This property gives you the perfect mix of ski in/out and walkable access to all of Hirafu. The location is really amazing. The rooms are great and the staff is even better. Always helpful, accommodating, and friendly. I would come back in a heartbeat.

As great as the last time I visited in 2019. I waited for four years to come back (mostly because of the pandemic) and again had a great vacation here. Fully relaxed and rejuvenated in this trip. Look forward to coming back! Personally I highly recommend the rooms with the Mountain View, I can sit in front of the window the whole day just watching mt. Yotei.

Bad concierge services
Hotel was good but when comes to problem solving we felt that all the excuses and assistance were simply just lips service.. Just a simple request to find transport to send guests to the nearest JR station was not even able to assists... No choice but to check out earlier just to catch an early flight the next day! A great disappointment...

Unfortunately, taxis are very scarce in Niseko at this time of the year, most do not accept pre-bookings and there are no buses available in the early hours that you were departing.While it is the more expensive option, we suggest taking a private transfer to the airport, rather than the train in this case.We are so glad that you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Niseko and look forward to welcoming you back to Niseko in the not-too-distant future.Kind regards,

スキーバレーサービス、スキー場への送迎サービスなど細やかな配慮が良かった。スタッフの対応も概ね丁寧だった。 帰りの宅急便のパッキングをしている際持ち上げるのに苦労していたが、フロントに手が空いているスタッフが2名いたが、手伝ってくれなかった点はやや残念であった。

Highly recommend! Location was right next to the ski lift. Hirafu welcome center and many restaurants nearby. Very clean with spacious rooms. Friendly and welcoming staff.

The concierge rescheduled our shuttle because our flight was delayed and was a huge help. The ski valet is also very convenient. A very nice stay.

Not good when high season time because hotel facilities capacity can not handle well when there are a lot of people.

Merci - pleasant stay
Comfortable stay and friendly staff - only complain is dryer for washing clothes in the room is not well functioned. The view for Yotei-mountain is too good - my son was very excited. I definitely comes back if having chance visiting Niseko area.

Extremely beautiful view especially during the sunrise. Cozy environment and very spacious. Friendly staffs and good services. Hotel stay comes with complimentary 40min private family onsen which is nice.

I love this place. It felt like a five star hotel. Everything was very new and clean. Staff were extremly polite and kind. There was no bath tub in the standard twin room but the shower booth was nice enough and we could enjoy the private onsen for free. The vicinity was like a small resort town with many hotels, nice restaurants and shops.

A very pleasant stay in Ki Niseko!
We were very pleased with the one-bedroom suite (with Yotei view). The living room and the washroom are very spacious. The view from the bedroom is amazing. The kitchen is fully-equipped. The provision of a washing machine / dryer is also a plus.

Location. Location. Location! It was so convenient to ski. I took a lunch break at the hotel room and went back to ski right after. I liked the size of hotel not being too big.

Great service, incredibly helpful
The room itself was a bit cramped, but the service was outstanding. Everyone from front desk check in, ski valet, concierge services were top notch. Really big thanks to them for helping us out of a couple of jams while we were there.

A very nice, modern hotel conveniently situated next to the Hirafu gondola base. The room was clean and comfortably furnished. In addition to the communal onsen, there are also 2 private onsen which guests are entitled to book a 40-minute session per stay. I found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Connor for going out of his way to assist me with arrangements. I had made a late decision just prior to my visit date to take skiing lessons during my stay. Despite the lateness of the request, Connor managed to make the arrangements for the ski equipment rental and lift pass for me. Thanks also to Toby at the ski valet and Josh at the Rhythm booth for their help in finding my rented ski gear that morning (I had gone for my equipment fitting at the Rhythm store rather late the previous evening so I assume the gear had been delivered to the Ki relatively late). Without their help, the first day of my skiing lessons probably wouldn't have gone as smoothly. The free shuttle service to various points in Hirafu town which runs frequently was very convenient.
