Sehr nettes, junges Team! Kann man nur empfehlen, bestes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis des Ortes und trotzdem in Laufnähe zu den Liften. Viele junge Menschen die Bock auf Boarden haben. Gerne wieder!

Amazing friendly staff and community atmosphere with the ability to have space and privacy when desired. True home away from home. Enjoyed the people and the lodge as much as the mountain.

Excellent staff and cosy accommodations

We had a wonderful stay at Jam Lodge, thanks to the excellent and warm service provided by Jammy, Ben and other staff. I came down with a really bad stomach flu and they were so caring and attentive. This is a friendly, communal atmosphere that allows people to talk to all kinds of folks from around the world and make new friends. Accomms. are basic and shared, with private room options available, which is what my husband and I had. Beds are comfy and there’s good food on offer daily. They prepared a Christmas dinner and had a big gathering while we were there! Thanks, guys, for all your TLC and fun times.

It is a well located lodge with a very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are basic and the entire lodge would do with some refreshing but it is clean with good heating. Great atmosphere. We absolutely loved it and enjoyed are X-mas break. Thank you very much.

Friendly and good value for money

10 minites walk to the Main Street which is shops and restaurant. Lodge provides 3 times free shuttle service to the ski area. Breakfast is good and staffs are very friendly and helpful.

還不錯！價錢合理...有點像是背包客棧，能夠認識很多國外的人，但是英文要夠好喔。每天都可以買超商的東西回來吃，也可以在樓下大廳與人分享聊天！

6人部屋のドミトリーに宿泊しました。ひとり旅で来ていたので、他の宿泊者と気軽に話したり、情報交換が出来て良かったです。ホステルのスタッフにもスキー場への送迎など親切に対応してもらいました。スタッフに日本人は居なかったので、基本的には英語での会話となります。

老闆人非常熱心，有任何問題他都會幫忙 地點位在離Family Lift約走路10分鐘的距離 每天也都固定有接駁車接送至.Base 地下室有存放滑雪板和鞋子的空間 老闆每天晚上都會彈吉他唱歌 可以買晚餐回去坐在客廳邊吃邊欣賞

I really enjoyed their hospitality. It fits to me. スタッフの方々の フレンドリーな おもてなし、これ以上は 普通では あり得ないと思いました。たまたま、12/30と大晦日だったのですが、一緒に飲んだり、ヒラフスキー場へカウントダウンに行ったり、ナイトクラブにも行ったり、人生相談もしたり、某国の国内情勢を熱く議論したり、必ずまた行くと思います。

Great Stay

Absolutely in love with the fireplace and great views around the lodge. Rufus and Toma are helpful and the shuttle service makes things so much more convenient =) Will definitely return if i'm in Niseko again!

Great stay!

Amazing stay in Jam Lodge, with great views from the dorm. It also has a nice sauna and fireplace to chill out in the evening. Rufus and Toma were really helpful and shuttle services were great. Will definitely return if i'm in Niseko.

The lodge is 10-15mins walk to Hirafu village. But the lodge staff is kind enough to fetch us to the village if he is available. It's common shared bathroom/toilet in the lodge. No toilet in room. The breakfast is cereal and bread. But overall okay for the price you pay.

Great stay

First we thought there is a private toilet in the room, just share the shower room with others, might be some confusion during the booking. Would great if the tube inside the room got some hot water (sometimes it was quite crowd in the toilet during the morning time), shower facilities could be improved, the sauna room ... I got trouble to go out there by walking with my bare feet on path with snow. Other than that, Everything was great during the stay, very helpful and friendly staff :)

西洋風民宿

3人での利用でしたが、部屋が狭く部屋でくつろぐ事はできませんでした。寝る以外は食堂で過ごしました。また、誰が従業員か客か区別がつきませんでした。食堂のテーブルはいつも汚れているため自分で拭く必要がありました。
