"Wow! Been traveling 10 days in the Balkans and this was easily the best stay I had along the trip. The staff really goes above and beyond! The spa room was also amazing to have at the end of my trip to relax. I had a 4:40am bus and the staff packed a to-go food box for me so I could still eat my breakfast on the road. Will definitely recommend to anyone traveling through Nis. "

"Visited this hotel 2 years ago and couldnt fault it, returned this year because of that experience but was a little disappointed as the rooms are looking a little tired now and when we pointed out a few issues these were not dealt with or communicated to us why, or offer of another room. It is situated in a great part of the town and just needs a freshening up to bring it back to the previous standard. Breakfast and service was great ."

"Great experience at this hotel. It's location is perfect, right next to the city centre (and in the middle of two of Nis' attractions - the Fortress & the Skull Tower). The rooms are large, bright, clean and spacious. Even the balcony was big. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating - from showing me on Google maps which ATM/bankomat to use without fees, to allowing me to check out later (which enabled me to work for a few hours longer before moving to another country). Access to the building is simple with an electronic tag, and there is a bar/restaurant directly downstairs (as well as food options and supermarkets within 3mins walk)."

"They have a long long way to go before they can call themselves hoteliers.The shower room was a disaster. The TV was not working properly. The toilet flush would not fill again once you have flushed. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very very basic cooking "

"Excellent receptionist on both days, there were really helpful especially as I had to cut my trip short by one day.. Eventhough the sink was cracked and the plug in it didn’t raise, I thoroughly enjoy the quirkiness of the hotel. I’d go again. "
