We had a very nice stay at this hotel that certainly lived up to its rating. After an easy and welcoming check-in, we arrived to a clean and spacious room. We did not have dinner at the hotel as we met friends out, but there were several choices on site with good deals. The following morning's buffet breakfast was full of options, we especially enjoyed the local oven cooked pancakes and fresh juice. The staff were nice enough to give us a late checkout so that we could have more time to enjoy the swimming pools, the kids loved it! Thanks InterContinental Ningbo, see you again the next time we are in town.

Hotel I stay when in Ningbo !
Fast check in, very friendly staff. I had dinner at the hotel, super friendly lady waited on me. I had the Singapore noodles which was good light meal, not very spicy so if you like some heat ask to make hotter. Room was comfortable, reasonable temperature. Breakfast was good - always lots of selections for westerners

Area was good to relax but a bit far from downtown . Beds were rock hard . Service faultless but staff could sharpen up there English skills for foreigners

Front desk service was really not up to standard
I checked early in the morning to catch the flight in Shanghai. I was in the hurry. The front desk has totally forgotten about my hotel bill. As the hotel charges was paid via Hotel.com. the bill only reflected the minibar charges. I was there for business now I have problem how to get the reimbursement from my company!! Seriously very disappointed

5 star excellence in Ningbo
Excellent quality and standard of rooms which are luxurious. Late arrivals and they kept the kitchens open to prepare an evening meal. Breakfast contained as much as anyone could reasonably eat. The Restaurant Manager and his staff are a credit to the hotel. Pity that we only stayed one night in Ningbo.

It takes long at check out. There was only one staff at the front desk at 9am.

worst hotel stay ever!!!!!
1. check in process more than 30 minutes because front desk person wanted to argue with me that my room was not paid for in advance, so I needed to have another person investigate the fact that I did pay in advance with hotels.com! the girl at front desk had no idea about reservation system but decided to be rude and argue! 2. As a Platinum Ambassador I was entitled to room upgrade which the person at the front desk checking in said it was done, but it was not, as I found out when entering room. The manager on duty, Victor did remedied the situation 3. I was informed that club level was not finished, but they had temporary club room but was not open in morning, so they handed me a piece of paper that stated that breakfast was included at restaurant because of this situation, but then the front desk girl argues with me that its not included and the sheet of paper she just handed me is wrong!! 4. forget about getting sparkling water at club room unless you want to wait for half hour then have staff argue with you that its not included at club room 5. forget about using Wi-Fi as it only works for about 5 minutes at a time, 6.forget about getting the to contact you or provide any solutions, as I requested he contact me the first 3 days of my stay without any result or contact. 6. forget about using gym, pool or any other published services, as NOT finished or opened. I guess they forgot to state this on website and or at time of booking!

Nice but unfinished
As a regular to ningbo I was excited to stay at this new hotel. It opened in sept 2013 so I felt confident the bugs would be worked out. However, the hotel is not finished and they advised the hotel is on hold for now. Also the beds are china style HARD! I hope they improve and this could be a great hotel

豪華大氣, 但服務不佳...
很大且氣派的一間酒店, 但前台人員的素質與配置不如國內一家三星酒店, 辦理入住的人已大排長龍, 還是只有兩位人員辦理入住登記, 退房也一樣糟糕, 需要花近二十分鐘才能完成手續... 很誇張! 入住期間有在其中餐廳用餐招待客人, 服務與菜色是都還行, 但服務人員數量與經驗明顯不足... 感覺這酒店因為不在寧波市區, 也許生意沒那麼好, 所以人力上做了很大的精簡... 對於一間五星酒店, 我個人認為這是不合格的服務!

性价比之选
酒店的地理位置有些偏,周边基础设施还不完善,非开车出行不太方便。但酒店内部的环境、设施都挺好的,房间干净整洁,服务热情周到,早餐也很丰富,值得再次入住。此外,希望mini bar可以增加些售卖的零食。

Nagyon rossz szinvonalon üzemeltetett szálloda. Gyenge alapanyagok, ételek minősége nem megfelelő. Alkalmazottak nagyon alulképzettek, nem beszélnek angolúl, és a vendéglátás alapvető szabályait sem ismerik.

服務品質不如以往
這次住宿的經驗非常不佳。之前來寧波一直是住洲際,感覺也不錯,但這次不但住的房間漏水,有霉味(1119),要求換房間時,服務人員態度頗差,還一直訓話說房卡不該亂換(實際上是入住時,服務人員未唱名,隨便亂給)。吃早餐時,優格瓶上面還有一些小蚊子,餐廳內也有蚊子與蒼蠅,印象實在糟透了。希望能加以改進。
