The hotel was less clean, service had gone down and hotel looked like it had more wear within such a short amount of time. I booked a non-smoking room and they put me in a smoking room which I had to complain about to get a new room. The new room they put me in looked like no one had stayed in for months. Full of dust and mirrors hadn't been cleaned. The key card on my door kept deactivating because the battery was dead which was a big inconvenience.
