But checking out was a disaster. When we headed down to the checkout counter, we were told to just leave the key and go. Because we had a 7,000RMB pre-authorization deposit, I asked for the bill. Turned out we were charged for my sister's room even though she booked on her own. ( we explicitly asked to not charge the two rooms together when checking in). Because my sister had left two days earlier and it took them a long time to figure that out. We spent more than 20 mins to sort this out and almost missed our train to Shanghai for our flight back to the states.
