The condition of the hotel was OK but well behind other newer 5 star hotels in other cities. Unfortunately I have been unable to find a great hotel alternative in CiXi City so went back here. Unfortunately there was very little English spoken and the restaurant menu was also Chinese without English. Made for an interesting meal which incidentally was quite OK.
