Guest access
Full Access to the Main house. The tree house, pool house and pool are for guest of the main house only. The Garage is not accessible to guest.

The hiking trail, basketball court, tether ball and soccer field are community areas for all guest on the property and can be accessed.

There is a Guest house on the property that is not accessible as it is booked separately unless arrangements are made for an event.
Other things to note
No smoking or vaping, no illegal activity, we will not rent to proms, school groups or functions regardless of chaperone. Tampering with smoke detectors or security system will result in a $250 fine.

Minimum age to book our listing is 24.

No loud parties. No more than 12 guests at any time.

Niles, Michigan locals are not allowed to place a booking without pre-approval. This is to prevent locals from using our property as a party house.

The premises are equipped with exterior security cameras. Cameras are not monitored for guest safety in any way and should not be relied on by guests for personal security or security of their belongings. Cameras may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Any damage caused to cameras by guest may result in partial or complete loss of security deposit funds.

Just a quick note: A friendly neighborhood cat has made our property his home over the years. Past owners even tried to relocate him, but he always finds his way back! You may see him as he is very social. While we occasionally leave food out for him, please note that he is not allowed inside the house. Thanks for understanding and helping us keep the indoor space pet-free.
