Extremely remote (nearly a 3 hour bus ride from Kinegawa Onsen Train station into the winding mountains) which was both an adventure and unnerving. Made to feel like a foreigner with little help in understanding the cultural norms as a newcomer to the onsen experience. The in-suite onsen option was incredible, providing both privacy and ability to enjoy the experience as a newcomer free of the "ritual" imposed but not well explained for use of the public hot pools. Hatcho No Yu was ultimately a memory for a lifetime but came with a less than supportive interface with staff who treated us like we didnt belong.

Everything about the property and my stay there was magical and beautiful. It’s very remote and hard to get to but very much worth it. The only drawback is not having much time to explore the town but if you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city there’s not much better.

ホテルまでとても遠かったけど、来る価値は十分にあります。 外国人スタッフが多かったですが、接客はとてもよく、日本語もとても上手です。 温泉の泉質もとてもよく、露天風呂は最高でした。 子供達もとても喜んでいたのでまた来たいと思います。

内風呂の底がちょっとヌルヌルしていて滑りやすかった。 部屋は広かったけど、中央施設から遠かった。

とてもきれいで館内は暖かく過ごしやすかったです。 露天風呂に入りたかったのですが、少し戸惑いました。一つ、内湯の床がぬるぬるしてましたので滑りやすくなっていました。 食事は山の中の旅館らしい内容でした。ただ懐石料理の順番での提供でなくても良い気がします。

#### 숲속의 완벽한 힐링, 하쵸노유\~^^

식당의 스탭이 바쁜탓인지 좀 손발이 안맞는 느낌이었고 화로에 불을 안켠다거나 메뉴의 서빙이 지체되는 일이 잦았습니다만, 이야기하면 바로바로 도와주셔서 불편함은 없었습니다. 온천의 온도가 아주아주 좋았고 특히 사각형 탕의 온도는 아주 좋은 온도였습니다. 다른 탕도 폭포를 바라보고 느긋하게 몸을 녹이기에 충분히 운치있고 아름다웠습니다. 탕내는 노천탕의 특성상 나뭇잎같은 이물질이 있긴하였으나 이건 어쩔 수 없는 부분입니다. 하얀 꽃씨같은 이물질이 있었으나 이건 천연 온천수에만 보이는 온천꽃이라고 하니 오해하지 않아야합니다. 너무너무 편안하고 아늑한 방도 충분한 휴식을 가지기에 부족함이 없었습니다. 음식은 잘 나오는편이지만 본격적으로 전통적인 타입이라기보단 적당히 힘을 뺀 정식이라고 보는편이 맞겠습니다. 맛은 자극적이지 않고 매우 훌륭했으며 특히 된장베이스의 요리와 소스가 맛있었습니다. 이동이 만만치 않지만, 다음에 여유가 되면 아내와 꼭 다시 한 번 방문허고싶습니다. 혼탕이라고 민망해하거나 걱정하지 마세요. 막상 겪어보면 별거 없습니다.

家族で利用しました。ロッジがとても綺麗で、とても快適でした。部屋風呂もあり、 子ども達が大喜びでした。料理もちょうど良い量でした。鴨肉のしゃぶしゃぶが美味しかったです。ただ、子どもには大人向けの料理なため、子どもは選べると良かったです。 温泉はとても良かったです。従業員の方々もとても丁寧でした。また利用したいと思います。

昨年９月に続いての訪問でした。従業員の方で再訪問を覚えていてくれた方もいらっしゃり、接客も相変わらず素晴らしかったです。冬場の洗面ではやはりお湯が出たほうがいいなと思いそれだけが残念でした。

スタッフは、ほぼ外国の方でしたが、親切丁寧で愛想も良かったです。 お部屋のコンセントがすでに蛸足配線でグラグラ。部屋のポットのお湯を沸かしたら、ブレーカーが落ちてしまいました。 看板わんちゃんは、めちゃくちゃ可愛かったです！
