Staffs were welcoming , food was impressive . It has shuttles to/from Tobu Nikko/JR Nikko and could drop you off to Toshogu in the morning . We missed the last shuttle of the day from the train station to the hotel. We decided to walk, since we also missed the last bus. When we were walking, a van pulls over to the side of the road: it was the shuttle, which was sent out to get us, without us even asking! The amount and quality of the food served is incredible!
