Good location and price. Communication was fast and clear, until the day of check-in, when they stopped answering completely. We tried to ask things like how to access the key and how to check-in properly. We tried through e-mail, through hotels.com and we tried calling, no answer. Another fantastic stay. My family and I love this location. It is always clean when we arrive. There is plenty of parking and there are convience stores near by. It's 30 min from the ice rink we play at and has become a second home for us.
