The staff got a backpack left on the bus back to us within an hour. The onsen is a dream. It is not the type of modern hotel that we usually stayed in. But the feel is different. There’s warmth and a lot of history in the hotel. The staff are also really helpful. The onsen is also a really good experience for us first-timers. The location is also good as its in between the heritage sites and ski resort.
