Over the past decade, I have given a scant few hotels a perfect score. I now add Don Carlos to this very short list. Sublime service from start (thank you Pamela) to finish (thank you Manuel). Lovely facilities from the exquisite flowers and art throughout the public area to the amazing pool, lush gardens, tennis courts and beach. The brunch was so fresh and fantastico we actually wanted to get up in the morning. The Oasis Spa — we never wanted to get out of that bubbly sea of serenity.
