« Charming historic machiya with all of the modern appointments! We just loved our stay here. I reserved 2 of the townhouses as we are a family of 6\. 2 adults with 4 boys ages- 9,11,14,15\. We were all thrilled with the accommodation and our own private onsen in the rooms. The provided bathrobes are delightful. Laundry machines are free for you to use along with provided soap. « Such an unforgettable Japanese experience in the heart of Kyoto! The traditional house is well kept and equipped, offers us a very comfortable place for living. The place is centrally located, close to JR and metro stations. Close by there are plenty of shopping and dining opportunities, all very local. Communication with the ower was easy and responsive. Highly recommended and I will stay here again next time! »

« Staff was lovely and helpful. The hotel is brand new, very clean. It provides a handy phone, which is very useful for free local calls and free internet connection outside the hotel. Bus station is located just a few meters away. Very convenient to visit Kyoto. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Nicely decorated. Besides a fully equipped kitchen, there was a washing machine, which is very convenient with a child, especially for long stays. A shopping arcade is a few meters away where...

"Petite chambre mais bien équipée. J’ai fait toutes mes douches au Onsen qui est plus confortable que la douche XXS de la chambre mais c’est un standard au Japon. L’hôtel est bien situé proche du métro et des bus pour visiter Kyoto. Staff très serviable. Les chambres sont très bien nettoyées par le Housekeeping. "
