### Holiday Home in Zeeland near North Sea Beach

This detached, luxurious holiday home is located at Strand Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad, a spacious holiday park in the beautiful province of Zeeland. This attractive getaway is three kilometres from the centre of Nieuwvliet, and the delightful North Sea beach is a mere 700 metres from the holiday park. The two-storey holiday home is comfortably furnished with all the modern conveniences. On the ground floor, you'll find an attractive living room with TV. The open kitchen has a dishwasher and a (combination) microwave. There is also a bedroom with two single box-spring beds in a double-bed arrangement with TV. The hall has a separate toilet and a lovely sauna. to take full advantage of your well-deserved holiday. An indoor storage room with a combined washer/dryer completes the ground-floor facilities. On the first floor are four more double bedrooms. Each has two single box-spring beds, with one bedroom in a double-bed arrangement. There are also two bathrooms. One has a bath with a shower and the other has a sun shower. There's a separate toilet on the landing. Outside, you'll find a spacious garden with terrace and garden furniture. In the summer months, you can linger outdoors in comfortable sun loungers. There is parking for two cars near the holiday home. If you come with several cars, you can park them in the central parking area at the resort entrance. The Strand Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad holiday park has a range of holiday homes that can accommodate from four to twenty-two house guests.  
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability The park has indicated that it is a firework-free zone. Despite the fact that the park will do their utmost to enforce the prohibition on the lighting of fireworks, they cannot give a 100% guarantee that no actual fireworks will be lit on or in the direct vicinity of the park. Therefore, no rights may be derived from this indication. This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat. For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 300 / 500 may apply. For bookings, other than families, an additional deposit of €500 / per stay may be charged. The deposit will be collected upon arrival.

Zeer leuk weekend gehad met de familie. Mooie bungalow en leuk park. Op het park niet veel te doen rond deze tijd maarnin de buurt zat vermaak. Leuke omgebing strandtenten belgie in de buurt en hadden mooi weer.
