Shop 50 m, supermarket 150 m, restaurant 100 m, tram "De Lijn Nieuwpoort Bad" 500 m, bus stop "De Lijn" 500 m. Surf school 1.5 km, minigolf 900 m. Nearby attractions: Westfront Nieuwpoort 3.8 km, Maritiem Park 2 km, Ijzermonding 1.4 km, Kijkhut De Zeehond 5.5 km, wekelijkse markt op vrijdag 3.8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Bright, comfortable and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room with 1 sofabed (90 cm, length 200 cm), dining table, separate WC, digital TV and international TV channels. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm).
