Includes a private parking spot, enclosed sun-facing garden, and 2 bedrooms. Located within walking distance of the beach, shops, and public transport. Directly along the Nieuwpoort-Bad promenade and canal – ideal for a relaxing seaside holiday. The Space: Upon arrival, you can conveniently park your car in the private parking space of Casa Nicky, located in the peaceful Vierbarke domain in Nieuwpoort. The house features an open and compact living space with a cosy lounge and fully equipped kitchen – everything you need for a comfortable stay. From the living room, there is direct access to the enclosed sun-facing garden with garden furniture: perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors. In the hallway, you will find a separate toilet for added comfort, as well as a utility room with a washing machine. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and one family-friendly room with a bunk bed and an additional single bed. There is also a separate bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Beds are made upon arrival, and towels are provided. Casa Nicky offers an excellent location: directly on the canal and promenade of Nieuwpoort-Bad, and within walking distance of the beach, shops, and public transport. Everything you need for a perfect holiday on the Belgian coast! Guest Access: Guests have full access to the accommodation and its facilities. Other Things to Note: PET: 1 pet is allowed in Casa Nicky. A supplement of € 20/night will be charged for this. PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT: If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300\. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24. LINEN: Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation. CLEANING: Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.
