C-Mar is a luxurious vacation apartment in Nieuwpoort, perfect for 6 people. The stylishly decorated duplex apartment offers 3 bedrooms with double beds on the first floor, and a modern living room and kitchen upstairs. Enjoy the large terraces and parking convenience in the underground garage box. Within walking distance is the waterfront promenade, ideal for exploring the seawall or the cozy restaurants of Nieuwpoort Stad & Nieuwpoort-Bad. Luxury and comfort in a beautiful setting!  
  
The Space:  
Upon arrival, you have the convenience of a car elevator that provides access to your own private locked garage box. Your car is safely and conveniently parked during your stay.  
  
Upon entering the apartment, you will enter the ground floor of the duplex. Here you will find three stylishly decorated bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed and ample built-in closet space. All bedrooms have access to a private terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee.  
  
One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and single sink. The second bathroom in the apartment is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower and double sink, both bathrooms are luxuriously and warmly finished.  
  
There are also two practical storage rooms on the ground floor. The first storage room is equipped with a washer and dryer, which are free to use during your stay. The second storage room offers extra space for luggage and has a convenient kitchen elevator, ideal for bringing your groceries upstairs.  
  
The upper floor is the heart of C-Mar with its modern open kitchen and spacious living room. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with a luxurious kitchen island, modern appliances, and attractive finishes. It is the place to cook together and enjoy delicious meals. The living room has high-quality furniture and exudes a warm and stylish ambience. Here you can socialize for an aperitif or relax after a day at the sea. Both the kitchen and the living room have large windows that give access to a generous terrace. The terrace is spacious and equipped with a large dining table. It is the ideal place to enjoy summer evenings in Nieuwpoort while dining with views of the surroundings.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:  
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 750\. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.  
  
LINEN:  
Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.  
  
CLEANING:  
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.  
  
CONSUMPTION:  
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.  
  
CONTROL:  
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.  
  
OTHER:  
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
