The team is very friendly and attentive, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Few things to improve: The breakfast could have a wider variety. The natural swimming pool, however, was not very inviting and could benefit from better cleaning and maintenance. I was also expecting a five-star hotel to have a fitness room, so I was a little disappointed that this facility was not available"

"When I first arrived , I was a bit spooked because I had paid a high price for something akin to a Premier Inn/Campanile type hotel. I did buy into the concept but did so miss tea/coffee making facilities and a balcony. One I had settled , I loved the place and found the staff exceptional. What bowled me over was the spa and pools . Wow!! Absolutely second to none. The bar was very good drinkswise and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful ( particularly Bastien and Sami) The bar food was OK but lacked a bit of variety. If you did not want Pizza , there was very little else. The breakfast did not vary much . One day there were sausages , next day there were none. Needed a sports threrapy massage for my arthritic knees , and was asssured by a Manager and and a member of staff at the Nivea House that I could get one . I did feel very short changed by what was actually provided . Would stay again? Definitely - if only for the amazing spa"
