The apartment is step-free and accessible.  
  
Outside, a shared garden invites you to relax in a peaceful, natural setting. A barbecue is available on request—perfect for enjoying the outdoors.  
  
A shared parking space is directly at the house. Public transport is easily accessible. One pet is welcome; please keep it off the furniture. Smoking and events are not permitted inside the apartment.  
  
The accommodation is quietly located near hiking and cycling trails and close to a reservoir. Shops are about 3 km away, and bus and train connections are good.
