Surrounded by forest and meadows, the house is located with a wonderful panorama from the sun terrace. This includes a huge garden plot with old trees. In this natural paradise you can see and hear the forest dwellers with open eyes and ears. Deer in the evening, the owl at night, the squirrel in the morning and and and and. Anyone looking for a break is in good hands here. You can find variety in Lutherstadt Wittenberg or on the Flämingskate. The house has three rooms and has a living space of 44 square meters. You first enter a large studio room in which the hallway, kitchen, dining area and living area openly merge. In the hallway area is a small bench where things can be stowed away. A shoe rack and hooks offer space for your outdoor wardrobe. The equipment in the hallway includes slippers in different sizes, garden slippers, flashlight, fly swatter, umbrella, mosquito spray and things more. A heavy heat protection curtain on the door keeps the heat in the house in winter and is heat protection in summer. There is a large Ikea fridge in the hallway, with a large freezer in the lower part. In the center of the large room is a large dining table by the panoramic window. Opposite the wall is the warming heart of the house - a stove that can also be used for cooking and baking in the cold season. With the cast iron pan, every steak is a pleasure. The fireplace is sufficient as a heating source for the whole bungalow in winter. Since you don't add wood at night, it cools down at night. That is why we have also installed an electric parking heater with a timer on the panorama window. It starts in the morning, so it is already warm when you get up. The open kitchen consists of a new Ikea kitchenette with a stove, oven and dishwasher. There you will find everything you need to cook, sizzle and place settings in the wall cupboards. The equipment also includes a kettle, coffee machine, espresso maker, toaster and coffee, tea and spices. In the living area there are two sofas on which you can stretch out. A sofa can be opened to a width of 140\. You can also sleep on both sofas if you lower your demands for one night. From both sofas you have a great view of the garden and the field. But also on a television with the standard satellite programs. A few books from different directions, travel literature and board games are on the shelf. A small music system is available. Throughout the house and on the terrace there is WiFi reception with sufficient speed for communication and surfing, specifically 40 Mbit / s in download and 2 Mbit / s in upload. The bathroom with a view behind the house welcomes you with new tiles in retro style. The highlight is a large bathtub in which you can also take a standing shower. The bathroom has a silent convector wall heater with a timer so that warmth is always guaranteed even in winter. The equipment includes bath foam, shower bath, shampoo, toothpaste, a hair dryer and other useful things. Towels and washcloths are provided. In the bedroom there is a wardrobe for your holiday wardrobe and a new large solid wood bed with a width of 180 and new high-quality mattresses. The bed is senior-friendly because it is nice and high. From there you also have a view of the garden. Two large bedside tables and drawers on the bed offer space. The bedroom is newly tiled and underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth. Bed linen is included. You will find additional blankets in the closet. The bedroom window, a bathroom window and the kitchen window are equipped with fly screens. Outside there is a natural plot of 1,200 square meters exclusively for you to relax. At the house is a covered terrace facing south. There is a large table and two large chairs made of solid oak. There is an open garage, a lockable shed and a shelter under which the firewood is stored, laundry can be hung and where you can sit. The firewood is included, as well as the lighter and fine kindling. A full firewood shelf is in the house upon arrival. That is enough for several days. You can then bring new firewood into the house. A basket is ready. A large lawn area for relaxing, sunbathing and playing follows. There is a swing, a large sun lounger and a garden shower that provides sun-warmed drinking water. A large parasol is also included. A grill and a campfire are also available, but only if there is no risk of forest fires. There is a walking path around the tall, old trees made of oak, pine, birch, beech and wild cherries. The compost heap is also hidden on the edge. An invitation to enjoy the sunset is given by a small bench that I set up outside on the property corner. Many domestic animals live in the garden. Many bird species, squirrels, grass snakes, hedgehogs and and and. On the field you can see deer and, with luck, fox and fallow deer. The entire house and the property are exclusively available to guests. Bicycles can be locked in the shed on the property. I can provide you with my most popular walks digitally (outdooractive). Walked for years and found it idyllic, there would be 2 circuits to start and sniff the area, starting and ending right at the house. Both are 2 kilometers long and lead through fields and fields, forests and through the old village center. Duration 30-45 minutes. Unsere Gastgeberin hat uns mit sehr guten Infos versorgt. Wir haben wunderschöne Ausflüge gemacht und bei allzu großer Hitze die Außendusche im Garten benutzt. Es war eine erholsame Woche fern ab vom großen Trubel in Berlin. Eine Stunde mit der S-Bahn stressfrei in die Mitte Berlins ist super. Jun 14, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Ein perfektes Wochenende im Grünen Ich hatte das Vergnügen, dieses wunderbare Ferienhäuschen auf dem Land zu buchen und muss sagen, dass es eine großartige Zeit war! Bianka, die Besitzerin, war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Das Häuschen selbst war hervorragend ausgestattet, aber besonders die Küche und das tolle Badezimmer mit der großen Badewanne haben uns beeindruckt. Das absolute Highlight war jedoch der großartige Garten. Er war einfach einladend und bot die perfekte Kulisse, um sich zu entspannen und abzuschalten. Die Aussicht auf das Feld und den Wald war atemberaubend schön und schuf eine idyllische Atmosphäre. Besonders beeindruckend war es, den Sonnenuntergang auf einer kleinen Bank neben dem Grundstück auf dem Feld zu beobachten. Insgesamt war unser Wochenende im Grünen einfach perfekt. Das Ferienhaus bot uns alles, was wir brauchten, und der Garten war ein echtes Juwel. Biankas Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft trugen dazu bei, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Wenn man nach einem Ort sucht, um dem hektischen Alltag zu entfliehen und Ruhe zu finden, kann ich dieses Häuschen nur wärmstens empfehlen. Sehr nette Kommunikation, genaue Erläuterungen und eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Das Häuschen war mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, der Kaminofen war der Hammer und alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Für Pärchen ideal. Auch an unseren Hund wurde gedacht. Das Grundstück aufgeräumt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Die Wälder und Wiesen herum wimmeln vor Tieren, ausser Vögeln gab es auch Rehe kurz zu sehen. Sehr naturnah und ruhig, aber trotzdem gut zu erreichen. Eine absolute Empfehlung! ##### Nadine E. Dec 21, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Schöner Kurzurlaub in Winterlandschaft Wir waren für 3 Nächte Anfang Dezember in dem Häuschen für einen Kurzurlaub. Als wir im Dunkeln im kleinen Dörfchen ankamen begann es zu schneien und wir sind in ein perfekt vorbereitetes Häuschen eingecheckt. Durch das große Fenster im Wohnzimmer konnte man gut die immer weißer werdende Landschaft beobachten, während es drinnen durch den Kamin schön warm wurde. Da wir mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Zug bis Jüterbog und anschließend Rufbus) angereist sind, haben wir im Häuschen gekocht und gegessen und während dem Tag die Umgebung erwandert. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und es war alles vorhanden um einen Auflauf, eine Pizza oder ein normales Gericht im Topf zuzubereiten. Kochen und Backen ließ sich auch super über den Kamin. Das Grundstück auf dem Häuschen ist weitläufig und hat zwei Seiten mit freier Sicht auf die Felder und Wälder. Wergzahna und die umliegenden Dörfer lassen sich zumindest im Winter gut über Wald- und Feldwege erreichen. Oct 10, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### An Introvert‘s Heart Das kleine Häuschen von Bianka ist ein Paradies für Ruhe suchende Introvertierte, aber auch für jeden Anderen, der eine Pause machen - oder umherwandern möchte. Das Häuschen selbst liegt umgeben von Feldern und Wäldern. Innen drin ist es gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und Bianka hat liebevolle kleine Gaben wie Pfefferminztee aus dem Garten oder frische Petersilie platziert. Egal ob Schlafzimmer, Küche oder Badezimmer- es mangelt an absolut nichts. Der Kamin ist einfach zu bedienen, wärmt das Häuschen schnell auf und speichert die Wärme gut. Draußen stehen überall auf dem Grundstück Sitzgelegenheiten. Jede davon bietet eine andere Perspektive auf die schöne Natur, die einen umgibt. Bianka selbst führt wunderbar in das Haus ein, erklärt den Weg, erkundigt sich nach dem Befinden und gibt einem auf Wunsch auch Tipps für Ausflugsziele oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ich bin mit meinem Partner ein paar Tage ins Grüne gefahren, um ein Kontrastprogramm zu Berlin zu haben und wir freuen uns jetzt schon darauf, wieder in das Häuschen zu fahren und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. ##### Lea R. Bianka ist eine großartige Gastgeberin und sie ist jederzeit für Tips oder Hilfe erreichbar. Die Hütte ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass man mehr als nötig vor Ort findet. Das Häuschen ist innen nett saniert und bietet allen Komfort (Spülmaschine, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, etc) den man braucht. Wir waren mit unserem Hund da und der hat den großen Garten total genossen. Sehr schön zum Runterkommen, der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein, sei es auf der Terrasse, auf dem Liegestuhl, auf der Hängebank oder auf der Bank auf dem Feld. Bei schlechtem Wetter entlohnt der Blick durch das riesige Fenster auf Garten, Feld und Wald. Im Häuschen ist an wirklich alles gedacht, es fehlte an nichts.
