These modern residences comprise of 10 fully furnished apartments, each equipped with contemporary comforts to provide guests with a pleasant and seamless stay. Positioned in one of the city’s most iconic streets, the apartments grant easy access to Nicosia’s rich tapestry of cultural landmarks, historical sites, and local attractions. Phaedrus Living: Ledras Residences 203, one bedroom apartment, located on second floor, features a cozy double bed, spacious built-in wardrobes, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additional amenities include a 32” smart TV and air conditioning, ensuring year-round comfort. The studio is filled with natural light and decorated with vintage-inspired touches, offering a warm and inviting ambiance. Situated directly on Ledras Street, one of Nicosia’s most renowned pedestrian avenues, the residences place guests at the heart of the city’s energy. The street is lined with an eclectic mix of cafes, traditional eateries, boutique stores, and galleries, all contributing to its lively atmosphere. Notably, the Ledras Street crossing point, offering a gateway to explore both sides of the city, is just a short stroll away. For those looking to venture further, Eleftheria Square—a striking architectural landmark—and the city’s main shopping areas are within walking distance, while Nicosia Mall is only a 12-minute drive, offering a wide range of retail, dining, and entertainment options. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, Ledras Residences offer a well-connected, comfortable, and character-filled home base in the heart of Nicosia.  
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
