My room had several problems that I reported during checkout Need a seat for people who are waiting for a taxi to arrive at the hotel. No option to sit somewhere and watch when the taxi arrives. You have to be on your feet. Very helpful staff at breakfast, and the buffet was good. The room was tiny, with only two feet on each side of the bed. Although you’re in EU, the outlets were UK standard, except for one. Nice toiletry supplies. Toilet was loose.

Great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food available in the restaurants was delicious. Good cocktails. I would definitely stay again upon returning. Location is in the old town and easy to walk to attractions.

Overall a good hotel, but it is definitely not a 4 star, far from it. The corridors are dark, room locations confusing and hard to find. The room itself, is not well finished, flooring coming apart. The bedding only had a sheet and I could not find a blanket. Breakfast was very good and check in and out quick. Overall I don’t think it’s worth the money requested, I checked out and took a 3 star hotel walking distance, which is far better and over $100 cheaper. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Personale gentilissimo e colazione molto buona.
