We had an incredible stay. The space had everything we needed and we loved having a beautiful outdoor space to relax in. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially as we were traveling with our infant. It was invaluable to have laundry and a drinkable water station. The only thing that would have made it better would have been some comfy robes!

The facilities were decent overall. Many areas were not as pictured, showing obvious signs of wear and tear. While I do appreciate the safety at the facility, it often felt like we were imprisoned behind the bars, waiting to be released. Most of the workers were very polite, especially the cleaning staff.

We’ve stayed at the Capitalia apartments on Dumas quite a few times over the years. Very safe and secure, and the location is hard to beat. However, the condos are showing wear and tear that needs attention. Most of the plants on the terrace are dead, making a bad first impression. The toilet in the primary bathroom barely flushes and the vent on the AC unit in the primary bedroom rattles enough to keep you awake. The floors throughout the apartment were filthy, needing cleaning in the worst way. The owners of the apartments have such a great asset; they simply need to pay more attention to the condos to keep guests returning. I write this review in hopes that they inspect the units and get them back to where they have been in years past. Would definitely stay again, but management needs to up their game.
