« Old huge house. Description noted AC- it was only small portable units that were not sufficient for the large space. The stairs to access the 2nd floor unit were actually 17 steep stairs. Then 14 more steep stair to get to the 3rd floor bedrooms. The upstairs bathroom had no blinds- felt exposed at night with lights on. The owners were very kind and did try to make amends for the lack of AC. They also helped carry our belongings up the stairs. Was okay but would not book again due to the stairs....

« The place look older with three different floors. The first level had 3 rooms for each tenant but have to share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is outdated but you have a couches and dining table. The 55 inch TV has cable but very limited channels. You have tenants living upstairs and in the basement but they have their own code and access to their respective floors. « Host had great communication. We didn't stay at the original place booked but host was able to get us in a different one asap. It was ready when we arrived. Not the best neighborhood but it worked for what we needed. »

Homemade jam and blintzes, fresh bread, eggs and bacon, Russian pancakes, vegetables from her garden, coffee and tea all on gorgeous Polish painted ceramics. « This property was really made very new even though it was an older home. This host supplied more things than I have ever seen. I have rented lots of properties. Plenty of towels, beds comfortable, coffee, filters I could go on and on »

« I’m giving this property and stay 5 stars as this host provided us with a place to stay during graduation weekend that is so convenient to campus (and was around the corner from my sons apartment ) for a respectable price. The unit has a kitchen, small dining space and enough room for ourselves and daughter to sleep. Thank you for your hospitality. »

« Great location, walkable to restaurants, arena etc. very convenient for a quick visit to see our Bearcat. We couldn't find the sheets for the extra bed for my daughter but only realized late so we didn't give the host a chance to help us with this.. he was responsive when we did contact him so I'm sure it would have been solved if given the chance!!! »

« Clean inside, reasonably priced and clear communication from the owner. The only drawback was the neighborhood was definitely a little sketchy and there was only on street parking and it was on a side street that the house wasn’t on. »
