While it is by the beach, that isn’t much of an atttaction outside of summer. Breakfast buffet was 2700, dinner buffet was 5,000\. I didn’t have either. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked. This hotel must have been a crown jewel 20 years ago but now it is quite dated. However, they have tried to keep it clean and repair as much as possible. The ocean view is spectacular, especially to watch the sunrise and rooms are spacious. ##### Verified traveller Stayed 1 night in Jun 2019 ### 8/10 Good #### Verified traveller Jun 8, 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities スタッフの皆様の対応も良く、 部屋も綺麗で何よりオーシャンビューが良かったです。 露天風呂も最高でした。 ##### Verified traveller Stayed 1 night in Jun 2019 ### 8/10 Good #### Verified traveller May 22, 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities 酒店嗀施及服務都很好。只是交通就不方便。需要自駕才能方便到酒店。還有房間有落地大玻璃，向住無敵大海景，令人興奮愉快。 ##### Verified traveller Stayed 1 night in May 2019 ### 10/10 Excellent #### マンゴー大好き！ May 19, 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities 海沿いにあり、窓からの景色が抜群に良い！食事は全般的に満足で、特にお米を一人一人釜で炊いて出してくれ、米粒が立っていて、素晴らしく美味しかった！スタッフの方の対応も心地が良く大変気に入りました！ 今回は大雨で露天風呂に入れず、海辺で遊ぶ事も出来なかったが、次は晴れている時にまた来たいと思います！ ##### マンゴー大好き！ Stayed 1 night in May 2019 ### 2/10 Terrible #### JK May 8, 2019 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities 禁煙の部屋を取ったにもかかわらず、喫煙の部屋に案内されました。 連休明けという事でホテルはガラガラ、私たちを含めて10組のみ宿泊(レストランスタッフに確認済) 総部屋数は80。 部屋に入った瞬間タバコ臭で喘息が発症。 すぐにフロントへ電話すると、他の禁煙ルームに空きが出たという事で移動。 そもそもですが、チェックイン時他に人はおらず、禁煙の部屋はすでに空いている状態でした。 なぜ喫煙部屋に通されたのか？ 支配人(翌朝) に確認したところ、基本的にエクスペディアからの客からの喫煙、禁煙に関するオーダーは確約ではなく、空きがない場合は消臭スプレー対応をマニュアルに乗せているとの事。 いやいや、ちょっと待てと。 私たちがチェックインするとき、先ほども書きましたが、他にお客さんはおらず、8階の喫煙部屋に通されてからフロントへ電話した際、「7階に空きが出たのでそちらへご案内させて頂きます。」と従業員。 実際に案内されたのは同じ8階の別の部屋でした。 という事は、チェックイン時には最低でも2部屋禁煙の部屋が空いていたという事になります。 さらに、その場で「空きが出た」と嘘の言い訳をされたと言うことになります。 結果禁煙部屋に移動になりましたが、喫煙部屋に15分ほど待機させられ、荷物や衣類にタバコ臭が染み付き、さらに喘息が発症。夜は眠れないほど苦しみました。 レストランスタッフに聞き込みを行って実際の宿泊客の数、総部屋数を確認し支配人には翌朝事実確認を行いました。 他に空き部屋があったのに何故喫煙部屋に通したのか？と問うと、他スタッフはキャンセルが出たのでと言ったにもかかわらず、支配人はあっさりと「配置ミスでした。」と非を認めました。 ただし、このプリンス系列では禁煙希望者にはこうした消臭スプレー対応がデフォルトだそうです。 そもそもですが、消臭スプレーをしたところで、そこは喫煙ルームです。 有害物質はそのまま蓄積され、匂いは吐き気がするほど酷いものでした。 支配人が、消臭スプレー対応はエクスべディアでのルールにも書いてあると、エクスペディア側の責任としてこちらに説明をしていました。 それが本当だとしたらエクスペディアも信頼出来ません。 一先ず、大型連休などで他に選択がない場合を除き、今後はこのプリンス系列には二度と宿泊しないと思います。 ##### JK Stayed 1 night in May 2019 ### 8/10 Good #### CHEUK YING May 1, 2019 Liked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort 比較偏遠 ##### CHEUK YING Stayed 1 night in Apr 2019 ##
