Welcome to this bright and comfortable 40 m² studio in Saint-Laurent-du-Var, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, perfect for two guests. The living area doubles as a bedroom and features a bathroom with separate toilet. The private kitchen is well equipped, and you’ll have Wi-Fi, TV, a fan, and a washing machine at your disposal.  
  
Step out onto your covered loggia terrace with a glimpse of the sea—ideal for meals or relaxing. The apartment is ideally located just steps from the beaches and marina of Saint-Laurent-du-Var, where you’ll find many bars, restaurants, and a lovely seaside promenade. You can also walk to Cros-de-Cagnes and the center of Cagnes-sur-Mer. Shops and public transport are nearby, making Nice and Antibes easy to reach.  
  
A tennis court is just a minute’s walk away.  
  
Free street parking is available.  
  
The studio is a great base for exploring the Côte d’Azur: Nice, Antibes, the airport, and shopping centers are all within easy reach.
