Great Place
We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts were wonderful. However, the property is up a fairly steep hill. Being senior citizens, it was not very pleasant for us, at the end of the day, to have to climb this steep hill for about 10 minutes to reach the property. As Nice is hilly in many places, it may be typical of many properties- and nothing can be done about it.

Séjour agréable au cœur de NiceNous avons passé un séjour très agréable avec ma fille à Nice. L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal, en plein cœur de la ville, ce qui nous a permis de tout explorer facilement à pied/en tram ou en vélo lime. La propriétaire était très aimable et accueillante. L'appartement offre un bon rapport qualité-prix, et nous en étions conscients en réservant. Pour les voyageurs avec un petit budget, c'est une option qui remplit sa fonction. Un petit rafraîchissement des lieux serait un plus pour rendre l'expérience encore plus mémorable. Excellent séjour
Ma mère et moi avons passé un séjour au top. Nos échanges avec la prioritaire étaient des plus agréables. Le logement très bien situé nous a permis de profiter un maximum de la plage et a facilité nos déplacements (tram/bus à proximité). Le confort était également au rendez-vous. Nous avons pu profiter des différents points de repas de la propriété ainsi que de la piscine. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Une immense villa bien située et très au calme, idéal pour un séjour tranquille, à proximité de la promenade des anglais et donc de la plage ainsi que du tram pour aller au centre ville de Nice, 10mn environ, et jusqu'à 1h du matin.

Logement calme et propre piscine agréable l’accès est difficile à l’adresse forte pente à pieds

Le contacte avec le gérant est claire et accueillant et discret

Une énorme montée pour accéder à l’adresse du gérant
Très difficile à pieds
( arrivé en avions) donc pour la plage monter se reposer et redescendre le soir c’était une mission
Le débit d’eau du logement très faible donc quand ont prend la douche c’est pas agréable l’eau coule très lentement dommage car douche bien conçu
Trop de consignes écrite
Exemple : prière de pas claquer les portes éteindre les lumières et la clim pendant l’absence ... l’idéal c’est une brochure pour chaque client
Le verrou pour notre chambre est dérisoire car deux anneaux de porte clé qu’on peut facilement défaire malgré qu’on a eu un gros cadenas
Sachant qu’il y’a deux logement coller l’un à l’autre à notre niveau donc pas rassurant pour nous

Super séjour à Nice
Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour dans la villa de Monsieur Slaoui. Les parents d'Eric nous ont chaleureusement accueillis. Ils ont été de très bons conseils tout au long de notre séjour. La villa est très bien située: plage à proximité sur la promenade des anglais, tram également et superbe piscine! Nous recommandons a 100 %!

Séjour dépaysant
Nous sommes très satisfaites de notre séjour, nous avons été très bien accueillies par le propriétaire Monsieur SLAOUI, nous avons bien été renseignés sur les activités de la région. L'emplacement est idéal, il est très bien desservi, les transports sont abordables. Concernant la propriété, nous confirmons que c'est un petit paradis ( quartier calme, à 400m de la promenade des anglais, espaces extérieurs agréables et biens entretenus ).
