- Head to Carras beach, just a few minutes’ walk away, for a swim or a spot of sunbathing.
- Swim a few lengths at the Jean Médecin swimming pool, which is 15–20 minutes away by tram.
- Take a stroll through Old Nice and explore its colourful alleyways, shops and markets, a 20–30-minute tram ride away.
- Relax at Phoenix Park, a 10-minute walk away, with its exotic gardens and large tropical greenhouse.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park right next to the accommodation in the pay-and-display car parks 500 metres from the residence.
