Fantastic location in old Nice that was walkable for our time there. All amenities worked great, beds were fresh and firm, and the A/C kept cold.Once we got a rental car, we parked at public parking that was about 300 meters away - so heads up that you do not park right at the building and the entrance to the building is off of an old street that is more of a promenade area. That said, it got very quiet by 10pm as it seemed all of the stores and restaurants were already closed.
