It is ideally designed to accommodate up to 6 people. The accommodation has two bedrooms with comfortable 160 x 200 beds, as well as a sofa bed with a thick mattress for two additional guests, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils to prepare your meals. The shower room has a washing and drying machine, which will make your stay more convenient. Located on the first floor of a secure building, our apartment is less than 100 meters away from all amenities, including beaches, the famous Promenade des Anglais, the Lenval Foundation, and the tramway. You can explore the city at your leisure using the tramway, which is just a few steps away from the building. The airport is also within walking distance and easily accessible by car, just 9 minutes away. Book our modern and comfortable apartment now for an unforgettable stay in Nice. ACCESS FOR GUESTS Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay and will be greeted in person upon arrival. ADDITIONAL FEES Linens are provided for stays of 6 nights or more, and are available at an additional cost for stays of less than 6 nights and upon request.
