Great location. Friendly staff. Poor room quality. Tired fixtures, worn bathroom fittings, broken light switches, safe not working, breakfast expensive and of poor quality. Staff attempted to rectify room faults but some elements were impossible to fix
This is a very charming boutique hotel well located in a small, charming medieval town. Beautiful rooms, great service, nice in-house restaurant. We highly recommend it!
Always great to stay at St. Paul. Breakfast is great , staff super welcoming, location great, the cleaning of rooms and common areas needs to be improved .

I booked 1 night for February 4, 2023. When I arrived the hotel was closed. I contacted Expedia for a refund, Le St. Paul was not responding to them. Looks like they will be closed for 4 or 5 weeks.
Le Saint is a beautiful hotel inside St Paul restricted area. The manager and all the staffs are extremely welcoming, friendly and looked after your stay.
Just a fantastic stay and experience.
Dinner at the restaurant is superb too.
Beautiful room with a beautiful view. I loved everything about this beautifully preserved medieval village and the hotel! We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant.
The staff was very attentive, knowledgeable and they made parking very easy. The restaurant on site was very good and It was very easy to walk to everything within the walled village.
Beautiful place and view inside the old city nice size room with nice furniture but no TV set and no parking is probably a problem to me
Stuff is friendly and willing to help within their possibilities
Also I thought they could add breakfast to the room and not charge for it separately
Hotel is not able to deliver the service the property deserves ! Snooty management fronting to customers , the number of hotel guest is too many for the food and beverage team , pool side bistro not open Sunday or Monday in mid summer !
St. Paul is a beautiful place. The hotel is excellent, the rooms are really nice. The service with baggage and parking our car was greatly welcomed as it is an experience driving around an old town not build for modern cars, there was a BMW X6 parked there (for reference). The food in the restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced.
Great location, unique charm, great team led by a new , visionary G.M. who delivers and will take this property to the next level.
An absolute pleasure, warm (family like) customer experience, unique features...great alternative to most unpersonal, uniform and pretentious 5 stars hotel properties on the French Riviera
The town is magical and the hotel is embedded into it in perfect harmony. Service staff was kind and helpful and the experience was really first class. Rooms and baths are a bit small and some details need repair or better maintenance but nothing unacceptable. Beautiful and memorable stay indeed.
We loved this hotel. We only stayed one night. The hotel is so charming and right in town. We walked around, had a great dinner at Caruso (highly recommend!), and relaxed in the room. We took their car service from our last hotel and then to the airport the next day. The rate was about the same as cabs when we went so this made it easy. Our stay was so perfect.

Le Saint Paul
The location can't be beaten for being in the center of the village. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet. Several staff were extremely kind and helpful: Paul, Nathalie and Anthony. Unfortunately, no one informed us the breakfast was not included and it's quite expensive and not great (only continental). I would recommend finding somewhere else for breakfast. Also, there is no view from the restaurant, and with its prices, I probably wouldn't eat there again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
What a beautiful place, location is perfect, feels very French.
The carpet in the room kind of needed to be cleaned.
I ate at the restaurant wonderful evening.
A great location, a little tricky getting there but well worth it.
Well appointed suites with many amenities. Lovely view of the valley.
Very attentive staff.
The public rooms are decorated with taste. There are refreshments and sweets available throughout the day.
Free parking. Free WiFi that works well.
This is a Relais et Chateaux property and the expectation is met.
The property is absolutely beautiful and very luxurious. The hotel staff were lovely and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and had our needs met. Our room was upgraded to a suite which made our stay of 3 nights even more comfortable. The bed and bath linens were all wonderful. The only proviso I have about this property is that driving into the town is difficult and a bit challenging. The hotel goes out of its way to help you with driving and parking but it is definitely a drawback for a long stay. There is a parking lot near the hotel but be prepared to drive through very narrow roads and sharp turns to get there.
Was surprised about how beautifully located the hotel was in a 15 century area . Area was full of boutiques and cafes . We stayed a week , they helped us rent a car and parking . Staff was very accommodating .
Charming hotel. Carpet was really dirty and the linens were really really stiff. Almost like they starched them? Also, around 2am a water sprinkler turned on and came through the bathroom window. Sounded super loud and lasted 2 hours.
