Grand studio lumineux, dans petit immeuble de deux étages. Refait en partie à neuf, sauf salle de bains, dans son jus des années 60...Odeur pestilentielle dégagée par le lave-linge, malgré la VMC. Literie dégradée, on se retrouve dans une cuvette. Garage uniquement pour une mini voiture, type smart. Donc garage public obligatoire. Bruit fort et incessant des avions au décollage de Nice.
