Its oversized terrace bathed in light offers a breathtaking panorama - from the azure of the Mediterranean to the pine trees that line the hill, to the bustle of the city below. Whether you enjoy a coffee at sunrise or a glass of rosé while admiring the last reflections of the day, every moment is enhanced by this rare view.



Inside, the atmosphere is serene and pleasant, with a blend of functional furniture and coastal-inspired decoration. The fold-down double bed allows you to enjoy both living space and restful nights in a single room.



The separate kitchen is fully equipped: stovetop, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, dishes and cookware. The bathroom features a bathtub with shower, hairdryer, fresh towels, and toiletries.
