### Charming historic city apartment 4 People 

Charming, spacious, bright, 44m2 apartment located in the heart of the medieval district of Vence close to all shops, completely new.  
The apartment consists of a large open kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge with freezer, microwave, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle.

Living room with satellite TV and sofa bed. Wifi access.   
  
A bedroom with a 160cm bed and shower room with WC.  
  
20 min from the beach, and 10 min from St Paul, Tourettes sur Loup and Saint Jeannet, 30 min from Grasse Nice and Cannes.  
The apartment also offers a neat decoration. In addition to the medieval quarter, there are many possibilities for visits in the immediate vicinity, including the picturesque village of Saint-Paul nearby, where the cities of Nice and Cannes, Grasse. 20 min from the beach

Le propriétaire a été très flexible sur notre arrivée et notre séjour. Appartement idéalement placé et très agréable avec sa terrasse. Voyageant avec notre chatil à été volonté accepté. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Frédéric et son épouse nous ont super bien accueillis. Flexibles et disponibles leur logement est idéalement situé. Le petit balcon donnant sur la place est un gros plus pour le petit déjeuner ou les apéros en fin de journée ! Nous avons passés un très bon séjour :) Je recommande vivement.
