The staff was very nice and the property was clean. Very well located. And there’s a parking. Also, Massimo upgraded us, so the room was nice and spacious. Only issue is that the room had no view, just a construction wall. We couldn’t change as the hotel was fully booked. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back.

So close to Old Town without the crazyness. Staff were great and tried very hard to please. Room was excellent but would select an inside room next time. Street noise at night was pretty loud Tuesday-Saturday when a bar was open

This is one of the best BW hotels I have stayed at anywhere. The staff were amazing and very helpful with information. The breakfast was a delight. It was a short walk down to the waterfront, trams and restaurants.

On check-in day, we arrived early and asked about breakfast cost, and was offered free breakfast for that day. Although we did say that we would pay, the receptionist insisted not to charge. Then we signed up for next morning breakfast. At check out, we were charged two days of breakfast. Why offered free of charge to begin with, and then charged? What type of policy is this? We’re not happy with this type of the hotel staff communication. Not reliable at all.

Didn’t look exactly like it was in the pictures. Bedroom size was small…to tight and I’m not even a huge person. No room to wiggle with a big luggage. Bathroom size was good enough. Location was perfect. Accessible to food, shopping, etc… Still a good option should we go back to Nice

4 nights birthday stay
4 nights stay . Breakfast included. While the hotel is conveniently located closed to old town and place massena, I wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel . No proper bar on site , breakfast area quite small as well as bedrooms .Next I come over I will try somewhere else. The price we paid ,in my opinion wasn't in line with what the hotel provided apart maybe for the location but that's all . Sorry !

Pleasant stay in Nice
Had a nice stay at Best Western Massena. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Location was great! Just 5 minute walk to the Old Town and even shorter walk to high end shopping and restaurants. Room was much smaller than anticipated despite booking the “privileged” room. Toilet in a very small area separate from the rest of the bathroom. Common areas all appear pretty newly renovated. Would stay again due to location and staff.

My husband and I are super impressed by the excellence delivered to us by this hotel. The staff are professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The entire hotel management is superb.
