Comfortable, well prepared and very good location!
The Apartment is well located, 15 minutes walk to the beach, big variety of shops around, bus and trens all near by for everywhere. The street it’s quiet day and night and neighborhood same. The apartment have all comfort we need to relax and enjoy the holidays. Really worth!

Wifi kode virkede ikke. Synes godt der kunne stå at altan ligger ud mod gården. Men generelt en fin lejlighed. Lækkert værelserne ligger ud mod baggården.

Cet appartement en plein centre de Nice est spacieux, très bien meublé, rien ne manque pour passer un très bon séjour. Le seul petit bémol que je porterais serait sur le bruit de la circulation quand les fenêtre sont ouvertes, mais on ne peut pas être en plein centre et sans bruit ! En ce qui concerne le garage, j'ai pu l'utiliser avec une 207 mais il faut faire beaucoup de manœuvres pour entrer et sortir.

Ruim stadsappartement
Zeer ruim traditioneel Frans appartement midden in Nice. Alles op loopafstand. Aan de voorkant wel lawaai van verkeer, maar aan de achterkant waar de slaapkamers lagen rustig. Compleet uitgerust, al waren de kookpannen met Teflon bodem wel erg beschadigd. Enige nadeel was dat het heel erg vies naar rotte vis stonk. Nadat de monteur was geweest om de airco schoon te maken werd het gelukkig wat minder. De garage ligt in de straat tegenover het appartement. Ze is echt piepklein (smal) en we hebben heel wat moeten manoeuvreren om de auto in de box te krijgen. Een middenklasse auto past echt niet. Het Interhome kantoor waar de sleutel opgehaald moet worden ligt een kilometer verderop. Daar is echter nauwelijks of geen parkeergelegenheid. Dubbelparkeren of op de hoek op een kruispunt zetten is dan noodzakelijk. Maar dat doen alle Fransen. Lastig is dan dat het kantoor tussen 12 en 16u gesloten is. Wel vriendelijk personeel.
