Zwischen dem Haus und dem Strand gibt es eine relativ viel befahrene Lokalstrasse. Im Schlafzimmer auf der Hofseite hört man davon aber nichts. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nur im Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Die Möbel sind neu. Küche ist voll / zweckmässig ausgestattet. Der Fernseher war auch neu (Smart TV) mit Netflix, Disney etc. Der Balkon hat eine Markise, die man elektrisch ausfahren kann.
