Elegant luxurious and spacious holiday villa comfortably suited for 6 people with private pool and is quietly located in the vicinity of Vence and Saint Paul de Vence. The spacious villa with its provence-style characteristics and modern interior comes fully equipped. A large terrace (90 m2) runs around the house and overlooks the private pool and beautiful gardens (1,750 m2) and allows for a wide variety of activities so that everyone can have an enjoyable stay.  
  
The villa has been newly constructed and has magnificent views of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. The glorious landscaped gardens have a wide range of wonderful fruit trees, plants, especially roses. There is also a large vegetable garden containing vegetable delights to enhance your stay.

Notes  
The villa is easily reachable and centrally located. Subsequently it forms the ideal basis to explore and enjoy what the Cote d’Azur has to offer: beach (10 min), charming cities (Nice and its airport 20mins), Antibes 20 min, Cannes 40 mins, Monaco, Menton, and Italy are all within easy driving distance including the nature famous Gorges du Verdon as well as Gorges du Loup, 15 min, Col de Vence 25 min, Mercantour National Parc 1 h, The Gorge du Verdon is 11/2 h away and is a wonderful experience to see the interior and the mountains. When you arrive at the Gorge there is the Lac St Croix and the town of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie which is renowned for their Faience pottery. Nearby are the fabulous lavender fields which is a wonderful experience of Provence. Wonderful restaurants abound and also the vineyards of rose and wonderful white and red wines.  
  
Off the coast of Cannes is islands which can be visited by boat. Visit the monastery on Saint-Honorat, with a shop and also there is a restaurant on the island.  
  
Vence hosts le Nuit du Sud which has become a wonderful event for music lovers of all kinds and you can watch the concerts from the comfort of the restaurants. Nearby is the village of Saint Paul de Vence,5 mins which is probably one of the most visited on the Riviera, with lots of artists, shopping and restaurants. Monaco is a short distance away and is famous for many events including music and art.

Art and culture lovers should visit saint Paul de Vence, Foundation Maeght, the Picasso Museum in Antibes, the Chagall, Renoir and Matisse museums outside of Nice.

Points forts : Propreté

Excellent séjour. Villa au top conforme en tous points au descriptif. Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis avec des spécialités de Vence et des légumes du jardin que nous avons très appréciés. Ils étaient toujours disponibles si nous avions besoin. Nous conseillons vivement cette villa.

We had an amazing stay at this 5 Star Luxury Villa. Everything was perfect. The view was breathtaking. The location is really convenient, with the local village being a healthy 30 minuet stroll down and then back up the hill but you can always call an Uber if you prefer. We hired a car from Nice but to be honest we could have managed with taking a taxi rather than driving to the lovely locations nearby. The best part has been meeting the owners Graham and Octavia who made sure we got everything we needed to make the stay perfect. We hope to visit again soon.

#### Provencial Gem

This is a five star rental in every way. The property is an ideal blend of traditional provencial architecture, but is new construction - meaning everything works - modern - fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, ample room sizes. The view out to the med is absolutely stunning and once arriving there is a tendency to simply stay there soaking up the ambience. The most defining characteristic is the magnificent gardens - truly spectacular - filled with aeromatic fragrances - rose, lavender, citrus, etc. It is the best kept property we've every visited. Octavia and Graham are wonderful hosts, willing to go out of their way to help you in any way. This is not really a traditional rental property - it is a private home - filled with pride - that they share with special guests. You will not go wrong here.

#### Amazing Villa in the South of France (Vence)

Booked an 11 night stay in this beautiful modern villa in Vence for a family holiday. The villa very much lived up to our expectations, it was immaculate, spacious, had a well-kept garden with beautiful views towards the coast. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was perfect, and the swimming pool was clean and very spacious. The location was an ideal base for exploring the South of France and there were an endless amount of places to go and explore. We played tennis at the local tennis club which was only a 10 min drive away, and visited many of the clothes/food markets, museums and restaurants which were all easily accessible. Nearby there is the Polygone Riviera shopping centre which has everything you could want for shopping. The villa has a beautiful outdoor seating area to relax and dine and a fully equipped large kitchen. We also had some of the vegetables grown in the garden. The hosts Graham and Octavia were amazing, and made our stay more pleasurable. They gave great advice on where to eat out, places to visit and ensured we had no problems at the villa. We had such a great time and would love to visit again.

#### Fantastic 2 weeks!

The property and house are both beautiful. It is one of the best equipped villas we have ever rented. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking outdoors every night and looking out at the view while we ate. The pool and pool area are excellent. Graham and Octavia were extremely helpful and welcoming, even giving us food grown in their garden on the property which was a nice bonus! They have a lot of recommendations for the area and I feel would be able to help with pretty much anything you need as visitors. They were very good with communication before and during our stay. We highly recommend a stay at their villa!

#### High above the Mediterranean Sea

We ( couple with teens) had a wonderful stay in this grandiose villa and it’s wonderful garden overseeing the Mediterranean sea and the wide landscape of the Provence. besides, it is in walking distance to the town of Vence with its markets and (slow )food shops and short driving distance to the beaches and other interesting cities like Nice,Antibes and Cannes .. Octavia and Graham are the most lovely hosts to imagine ….

#### A truly spectacular break!

Octavia and Graham’s property is beautiful. Traditional in style with the benefit of being brand new, immaculate and spacious. We had the best week, relaxing and exploring the surrounding areas. The property is even better than pictured, the rooms are spacious, all bedrooms are en-suite, and the living, dining, kitchen space is just so practical and social. The garden is devine, we spent each morning overlooking the stunning vista and enjoying the beautifully landscaped and scented gardens as well as the very clean and well maintained pool. The property is a very short drive from Vence town which has all necessary amenities as well as being well linked to Saint Paul de Vence, Tourrettes-sur-Loup, Antibes, Nice, Cannes etc. you can really create whatever holiday you fancy at this place. Great location, super clean, gorgeous views and great hosts! We will absolutely be back!

Octavia is the most lovely and warm host. She was incredibly polite, helpful and generous with her time, so we could fully enjoy our stay. For us as a family we were made to feel immediately at home. The villa is far more impressive in reality than even the photos suggest, with the view so breathtaking, to the extent you’d never want to leave. The bedrooms are all air conditioned, the upstairs en-suite has a huge luxurious shower. The beds are all comfy, with high quality linen used. The kitchen is extensively stocked with every utensil, for even the most creative of chefs. The lounge has plenty of space to read while enjoying the view, or for kids to sit on devices and miss out on the delights that surround them. There’s plenty to do locally with the beaches a short drive away. Gracious host; beautiful home. Highly highly recommend.

#### Relaxing stay in this beautiful house

Beautifully well appointed house and gardens did not disappoint. The views over the sea and countryside were stunning. Spotlessly clean on arrival and easy communications with Octavia who was very accommodating. The pool was lovely as were the air conditioned bedrooms during our hot stay. Highly recommended for a stay in the Vence area.

#### Wonderful family villa with everything you could need

Very impressed with the property, its location, how well its laid out/set up for guests, and above all, the owners who were extremely helpful & very friendly - striking just the right balance. Communications were timely, full of information, well in advance of our travelling with almost immediate responsiveness. Some 8 mins maximum drive outside of Vence (a lovely market town with all you need), the villa has a lovely balance of peace and quiet but easy accessibility. Excellent views over a massive span of the Cote D'Azur were a lovely start and end to each day, and the layout of the house, pool area, terraces, and BBQ meant a property which was excellent for a young family wanting to spend as much time together as possible. Air conditioned bedrooms, excellent bathrooms, a very well appointed and laid out kitchen/dining area extending into the terrace and a lovely large lounge of particular note.

#### Beautiful house with a view

Fantastic house with the most amazing view, fully equipped with everything you need. Swimmingpool perfect for our 8 & 9 year old kids, surrounded with a beautiful garden. Very clean and high standard inside - we loved especially the fantastic kitchen. Wifi worked extremely well and it was lovely to cool down in airconditioned bedrooms. The owner of the house was very friendly, helpful and serviceminded! We will defenately come back.
