This hotel is clean and located a few blocks from the airport. I walked from the airport to the hotel. It's also just a few blocks from the train station, where you can go to Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Eze, ect. The Promenade is about a 45 minute walk. I didn't eat the breakfast at the hotel, but I had dinner there, and it was good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The concierge desk is up a few floors, but the sign on the lift, or what Americans call the elevator explains which floor the concierge is located. For the phyically challenged people, there are few stairs to climb to get to the lift, but it's less than 10 stairs.

As someone who has stayed at a few OKKO, this one is the best. The staff are outstanding, shout out to Fad who was on breakfast, such a great asset to the hotel. But the room was lovely, so much better than the other locations - the bathroom especially. Would definitely stay again.

I recently traveled to France solo and it was my first solo trip. It's about a 7 minute walk from the airport and very easy to find. It is also about a 10 minute walk (if you're a slow walker) from the tram station where you can buy your transport card and travel around the city. The area seemed very quiete and safe. I didn't have any issues walking back to the hotel from the tram at night. It was very clean and after hopping around Europe for a month in a variety of hotels, the room was probably one of the most comfortable I stayed in. As an American yes, the room is a bit small but if you're used to traveling around Europe, it was actually pretty spacious. The room was beautiful, had a full length mirror and a shower with an actual shower door! I'm not sure why so many hotels do opens showers that just spill water all over. I really appreciated the "ironing room". I was able to take my clothes in and iron/steam them whenever needed. I didn't try any of the food as my goal was to eat out at local places as much as possible. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and it is for sure on my list of places to stay at again when I return to Nice next year.

Very minimalistic. No frills. One towel each one chair. One luggage holder one small sink. If you just need a place to sleep and not much room to move around this is the hotel.

I would suggest getting a hotel in Nice proper, not by the airport. Taxis wont bother taking you and its a HIKE to any of the hotels near by. I was miserable because there is no air movement from the room AC. Literally did not sleep. If you have a larger suitcase, you HAVE to carry it up about 8 steps. Not convenient for a heavy load. I will not stay here again.

hotel should be listed as a lower tier 3 star not a 4 star hotel that it advertises itself as. Room service was limited and often had to go up to the reception desk to receive things that I needed. Breakfast was also limited options and seemed expensive for what they offered. Also had to change rooms after my initial room had a/c that wasn't fully working and made loud noises throughout the night, The positives is that the hotel is very convenient to the airport and to the train and metro stations.
