This property was beautiful, gorgeous design, clean and well-maintained. There were thoughtful details throughout and a wonderful staff.

This hotel is really well located near the Village in Toronto. Transit is very close, as are good cafes, bars and restaurants. That's all great. My room was very large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was updated and spotless and the shower was incredible. But the place feels shabby. Damage on the plaster walls. Old blinds that don't open very well with parts falling out of the wall. Etc. It was a decent price for the location, however and for two nights it was fine.

Hotel is very well located to many venues in Toronto. The problem encountered is the late check in which starts at 4:00 PM - a time where guests are preparing for evening activities. Moreover, the check in period creates a bottleneck to get a room as guests really cannot check in in advance and get the room key card at 4 PM. So long lineups and wait.
