Kitchen is well furnished, beds are comfortable, and there were good linens and plenty of towels. Our only complaints were that the shower stalls are slippery and there are no grab bars or mats. There is also a slight chemical odor on first entering, but our noses adjusted quickly. All of the provided soaps are lavender, so this might not be the place for you if you are sensitive to chemicals. EV charging onsite is a bonus. You can't get in prior to the 4 pm check-in time as the door code isn't active until then. There's a convenience store about 2 mins walk away which is useful. Walking into he centre of the shopping area (Queen St) takes about 10-15 minutes along quiet residential roads which have some really interesting houses. The home was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. The bedrooms were surprisingly large, and beds very comfortable. We really enjoyed the back deck fireplace in the evening, and our kids found the basket of games that kept them busy for hours. Great walking distance location to the main street. ##### Candice F. I can't say enough about this property. Great location and so cute and modern inside. Most comfortable bed that we slept in each morning and it's such a quiet neighbourhood. We walked to the main downtown area of NOTL and rented bikes right around the corner at Zoom. So easy! Smart TVs to watch Netflix was nice at night. House is nicely decorated - not too fancy just right with a comfy feel. The location was everything you could ask for!! Walked to dinner, before & after drinks, coffee/pastries and local convenience store. Neighborhood was quiet & safe - our boys (11/15) walked to meet us for dinner in the downtown. Spent a day doing wine tour & shopping local downtown. Spent the next day doing the Falls - easy drive. For what you’d spend at a decent hotel per night - this is soo much better!!! ##### Gina M. We especially enjoyed the time we spent on the covered patio area in the evenings with the lit fire pit, and wine poured! One small caveat is that the streaming channels from the USA do not work in Canada. It would have been nice to know that prior to being on location to possibly remedy in advance. We didn’t watch TV, but there was a football game the men would have liked to watch. That said, it would not have impacted our decision to stay at this location-overall wonderful! ##### Debra F.
