Please enjoy this unique guesthouse backing onto a vineyard and five minutes away from several of Niagara's best know wineries. Here, you will enjoy your self-catered (continental breakfast supplied) vacation spot with fully equipped kitchen, private patio and private garden spot. In addition, we have a large Pergola adjacent to the vineyard available for eating. This must be reserved in advance. The master bedroom has it's own private deck overlooking the vineyard. Two additional bedrooms (2 Queen) are available as well as two roll away singles. Base rate is for two people then $80 per night per person after the first two guests. Children under two years old will not be charged. This seemingly isolated property is only a five minute drive from the Old Town and all it has to offer. The owners greeted us upon arrival and gave us an orientation. The place was set up well and looked like the photos. We particularly appreciated the breakfast, including yogurt, muffins and a very large bowl of fresh fruit (!). Our only comment for future guests is that you may want to bring some bottled water, the well water had a bit of an earthy taste - it was perfectly safe, but had a distinctive flavour. The location was great, it was very close to Virgil and its grocery store. However, for the one night we stayed here, it was a bit unnecessary. The host provided lots of breakfast options so the only thing you would need is either a supper reservation or food to cook in. We took the second option and BBQ’d steaks on the available BBQ.
