The only good thing about this choice was that everything was near and convenient. The worst thing was the noise of our upstairs and next door neighbors when they used the bathroom and I am sure they heard us.

Unfortunately the room was dirty and the toilet was leaking. We were also put beside a group of hockey parents and kids. Despite calling the front desk and walking down I was told security spoke to them. However, they simply decided to play hockey in the hallway. I get they are tween but I also had a tween who had cheer the next day and a baby who didn’t get to bed until well after 1 am despite even trying to talk to the parents. I would have left and found another place if all hotels in Niagara weren’t already full.

Great place to stay in Clifton hill area, right beside all the entertainment options and you can see the falls from the front of the hotel. It’s just 2 mins walk to the falls.

It’s a very nice location however we didn’t get a good night sleep due to the noise from other guests and there’s no way to stop it because the walls of the building is too thin.

Everything was great the hotel, I love that the outside all kinda had balconies the parking was easy and then just walked down the hill to everything shopping, museums restaurants, etc. and the staff at the hotel was very accommodating

Loved how close we were to Clifton Hill. I was worried it might be noisey at night but that wasnt the case. I do wish we had blackout curtains rather then sheer, which made us feel uncomfortable when people walked by our window. Room was clean and spacious. We also weren't aware after paying for overnight parking that we needed to move the car by noon the next day or pay for additional time.. we would stay here again.

Affordable, clean and in the centre of the attractions. The motel is basic with no bells and whistles but that is all we were looking for. The Bed was very comfy. The only drawback was the noise from the movie house across the street that have speakers outside. We would book again.
