They dwitched me to the wyndom on april 3 after being booked for a year We were supposed to get a city view room i stead of the river virw at the falls tower. I will say it worked out as we got a corner roo. With so.e falls view at the wyndom so thanks to the staff at the wyndom fallsview

Unfortunately we didn't stay at tower Hotel we we're transferred to the Embassy Hotel which was good but we're really looking forward to staying at the tower.. maybe next time if the prices are right ( like last booking) but the staff was great and what they offered only the we were at a lower level

Construction and not a lot to offer on rooms. Parking was a nightmare. It was a ghost town.

One of the worst Hotels I stayed in Niagara Falls, outdated dirty rooms & hallways, furniture and walls all scuffed up, this Hotel should be rated 1 star

Room and bathroom was very clean, facilities were good for one night stay. No coffee in the room or in the lobby had to go to nearby facilities or very expensive onsite restaurant. Too much noise at ground level room. Window curtains were not adequate to block bright light all night. Need good quality blinds as well. No onsite Parking and option provided was too expensive. Found much cheaper option nearby.

The hotel is outdated but they are in the middle of renovations to update hotel which is good. But room was very clean. Would be nice if coffee maker in room. Over all we were quite satisfied.

Staff was excellent, polite, and very helpful. Gave us IHOP gift cards for breakfast (IHOP was in the hotel). Shuttle service for parking your car was very fast. Overall great stay, my only complaints were: 1. Room was quite dusty. 2. Walls were slightly thin 3. Rather Expensive (during NYE) and the shuttle service was still $25.

The front staff was wonderful and accommodating. Parking is super difficult, as its right by the falls. They do have a parking lot, but its so close to the casino, we just paid to park there and walked over. It is a bit older, and dated, so expect a view, and dont plan to spend too much time there. Wasnt happy with the staff walking in while we were sleeping, do use the emergency latch.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean room and the view was beautiful. Not being able to have a coffee in the room or anywhere in the hotel is very inconvenient. My suggestion to the management of the hotel is to have a small coffee maker in each room.

Loved the view! Exactly how it's presented in the pictures for the Fallsview 1 King Bed room. However, the king bed mattress was not comfortable at all! During my sleep I felt alot of aching pain in shoulders and back! And the pain remained throughout the next day. Also, the washroom looks nice but not practical as the tiles on floor and walls were all black, with very minimal lighting. The washroom was dark, especially the shower area was very dark. And, the water pressure from the shower head was very high and couldn't be adjusted. Very uncomfortable. Overall, I'm giving 3 stars mainly because of the fantastic view and cleanliness, nice and polite staff. Otherwise, this would have been a 1 star.

There is nothing except a bed and shampoo and towels! Not gym not breakfast not parking. I think this price was so much unfair. When your workers cleaned the room there were a lot of dusts
