The up-and-coming neighborhood is safe & diverse \*\*We take our guests' safety seriously during these trying times. We clean and disinfect all doorknobs, handles, sink and shower knobs, toilets, kitchen surfaces... etc. before arrival for each guest. Enjoy this meticulously maintained colonial home in downtown Niagara Falls! The house features 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a luxury steam shower, a fully automatic espresso machine, an upper balcony overlooking the yard, and a patio with a BBQ grill. A detached garage is available that can accommodate a standard size vehicle. Bedrooms 1 & 2 each have a queen-size bed and bedroom three have 2 twin beds that extend to a total of 4 twin beds. Additionally, there is a pack & play for any little ones as well as two queen size air mattresses for any additional guests. The sofa in the living room can be put together with the ottoman to make a large sleeping surface as well. The entire property is yours for the duration of your stay. Free on-street parking with alternate sides is available as well as a garage for one vehicle. Uber and Lyft are readily available but a private car is the best way to see all of the sights. When visiting the falls, free parking is available at the casino ramp as well as the "RV" lot on goat island. Just a short walk from each lot takes you right to the heart of the falls. The casino is a half-mile from the home and the falls is just 1 mile. The house is located 1 mile from the Falls and just a half-mile from the casino! The neighborhood is up and coming. Some of the surrounding streets are still being invested in and rehabilitated, however. The area is safe but, there are some homes and buildings that are unoccupied or in need of renovation in the surrounding area. Uber and Lyft are readily available but a private vehicle is the best way of seeing all of the sights. Absolutely NO PARTIES ALLOWED. The house is for registered overnight guests only. No additional charge for up to 10 confirmed guests. There will be an additional charge of $45 per person for every guest in excess of 10 or for any additional guests who were not confirmed on the reservation. Please make sure the guest count is accurate when booking. If you need to change the guest count, please do so through the Airbnb platform prior to arrival. LOCALS MUST CONTACT US FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO BOOKING. We reserve the right to cancel any local bookings that are not authorized. No Smoking! We care very much about the air quality for our guests. We even work hard to use neutral cleaners to maintain air quality. Smokers must smoke outside away from open windows and doors. Smoking in the house will result in a minimum $400 additional cleaning fee. \*For guests bringing a pet: Dogs only (One owner is very allergic to cats). Dogs must be well-trained and should have their nails trimmed so as not to scratch the new hardwood floors. When you bring a dog, please keep in mind that an additional cleaning fee of $100 will apply if dog waste is not picked up, pet hair is not vacuumed, or dogs are allowed to sleep on the furniture, causing odor or embedded pet hair. Most of our dog owners have been the cleanest and most responsible guests, and we rarely have to charge this fee. This fee goes directly to our cleaners to cover their extra time and expense and will be charged after checkout if necessary. Early check-in/ late check-outs: We will do our very best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. Please note that it is very rare that these can be accommodated, especially during the summer season. If you must arrive early or late, we suggest booking an additional day as we cannot guarantee availability. Overstaying past checkout time without prior permission will result in a charge of $75 per hour. The house was large and spacious and had a lot of modern upgrades like the shower, espresso maker, digital lock, washer dryer, and central air. The hot tub was well maintained and a great way to relax at the end of the day. It’s very close to the casino and other Niagara Falls tourist areas as well as shopping like Wegman’s and Walmart.
