The area was vibrant and convenient, with everything close by. The waterpark was enjoyable, and my kids loved it. However, the room in the hotel was disappointingly small, despite booking a studio. It felt old, unclean, and uncomfortably cold.

Having parking that we could stay in even after we checked out, was very helpful. The rooms weren't very sound proof because noises were easily heard. We were lucky that it was a quiet stay as it could have been quite disruptive.

Super expensive for what you get. Perkins restaurant had terrible service. The hotel mattresses were uncomfortable. The hotel needs a lot of updating. Everything was an add on or up charge. For breakfast, dinner room and waterpark for 1 night we ended up spending $1500 for the family. We have a big family but it’s more than we paid at great wolf lodge. Parking was even $45.

Excellent place to stay everything is walkable about five minute walk to the main attraction area at about a fifteen minute to twenty minute walk to the main area of the falls! Bang for your buck place! We went for the eclipse and it was a fraction of the price compared to everywhere else, If you’re looking for a Fallsview property, this is definitely not it, but the price is right!

On the bunkbed is dirty and the bathroom takes to long to drain There’s do you know triangle shape on the rooms.And the WiFi is so bad in the great wolf lodge there were so much people and the WiFi was so good.And there are dust everywhere.And we are never going to come there again.

We found the hotel to be very noisy, the doors were very loud shutting, so it was hard to sleep. We also had a leaking toilet in our room and the bathroom was not very clean. On a positive not the girl working at checkin, was very friendly and helpful!

When we arrived upon checking in I was told that the elevator is not in service,Now I was place on the highest floor which was the third floor,lugging two kids and two carry-On was just too much.The beds were noisy as you turn,sit whatever it squeaks..The only thing I like was it was easy to access the water park.. The people in the upper room were jumping, running, and watching TV too loudly until a while after midnight, which made my son get scared and stressed out. I called the front desk 4 times, and they didn't help. Each time I called, they said security was on the way to the hotel and never arrived.

It’s location with the water park and falls is great. The hotel staff were less than desirable to deal with not friendly, slow including having three or four staff at the desk but only one person helping people. The hotel is dated and beds were not comfortable you can feel the springs in the mattresses. We didn’t spend much time here other than to sleep.

Great place to start with the entire family especially when you’re going to the water park. Very convenient, staff were great and helpful. Great space for kids to just be kids and run around to burn off the extra energy before bedtime. Will be our new “go to” hotel from now on, at least until the kids get to big to enjoy it.

We stayed in a room facing the courtyard. The rooms were ok…bed was very uncomfortable, and the towels were like sandpaper. But the worst thing was the noise level. The walls were like paper!!!! There were people up at 6am in the hotel and you could hear them like they were basically inside your room. The waterpark was good, but it was extremely busy, but it’s March break so we figured that going in. Kids had fun, but probably wouldn’t stay at the hotel again.

The check in was delayed significantly, disorganized, multiple lines. Room was not ready on time even though check in was already late at 4:00. Lobby does not have washroom. Parking area is narrow small and very risky. I am not sure if it even meet a parking building code. The water park change area does not have spinning dryers for wet bathing suits. If it was not for the water park. I would not have gone. Next time I will check in another hotel and buy just the water park guest tickets

Great hotel with nice courtyards great layout for families, easy access to the water park and other adjoining attractions. Lots of fun highly recommended will definitely stay again.
