Check in was disappointing the manager on duty was not very friendly. Quite rude actuslly. He had zero people skills.

Room overlooked a busy road, you could hear the cars passing by and people outside in the parking lot. The room was freezing. But there were so many extra fees it was absolutely ridiculous.

The 2nd last day of our trip we had a hockey team on our floor that was causing noise and disturbance , we called the front desk 3 times before anything was done

The manager was the most useless human being on the property. At checkout we were being charged a dmf fee. This information was not made available to us at check in and there was nothing written about it on expedia either. At check in the receptionist told us about parking and resort fee which was fine but nothing was mentioned about dmf. They tried being smart by saying all hotels charge it but since we have been to Niagara falls multiple times as every Canadian living in a 4 hour vicinity has we knew that was not true. The manager was rude and had no explanation of why we were not told of dmf before. When asked for a number for the head office she was like” i do not remember”

When reviewing expedia and the DMF is on website, the fee is calculated in the taxes and fees of the booking. When booking the fees would have included in the final total displayed for your booking. As for the manager in question i will ensure that this forward to the hotel general managers office and that team member is spoken to on how to discuss the charge with guests. As that fee is included in the taxes and fees of the booking it is not discussed in at the check in.
I was very disappointed. Stayed here for a girls weekend. We booked a room with 2 queen size beds and get to our room it is only 1 king bed. I go down to say we need 2 queen beds and they try to convince us to keep the room and they will give us a cot. No we paid for a room with 2 beds we want a room with 2 beds. After more than 30mins we finally get a room. Than we have someone trying to bang down our door while laughing so we call down to the office and they say if it happens again to call them instead of sending someone up to see what was going on. Will never stay their again.

Our staff is very good at accommodating our guests and making sure our guests are always informed of their options and if in the rare case like yours that they do not get what they requested. The king suite is an upgrade so I am not sure if that was not a good option for you or something that you declined. We are glad that you received the 2 queens beds and we hope to see you in the future with a better result. We have many new and exciting changes in the works.
We had a wonderful stay! Rooms were great, no complaints!

Very nice room, we were at 6th floor, but for some reason, we could hear the cars passing, I have a light sleep so, it was kind of problem to me, everything else was very good.

The room was decently decorated, but it wasn't all that. There is mold and the room stinks a little. This place charges $20 dollars a night for resort fees and it's not worthy of them. We also paid $20 per night but I didn't feel like the back of the hotel where our room was located was safe, so I had to park in a farther area from our room, and they specify that they would not be responsible for damages. It's next to a cemetery too. They also charged $40 a day for pets.

Hello Jocelyn, thank you for your comment about our décor we appreciate that. Unfortunately we were not notified about any mold. Our rooms are cleaned everyday. All hotels charge either a resort fee or facility fee or build it into other fees. We put that up front to our guests when they check in as an extra notification / reminder as well as our pet fees. We are only one of the few hotels that allow pets. The charge goes to the extra cleaning that is require to clean a pet friendly room. All our parking lots have lights and are monitored by our staff.
The room was by the highway. I could hear traffic all night.
Charged $20.00 a night for parking, but had to drive around for 45 minutes looking for a place to park.

Hello William, I worked that night that you were specifically mentioning and yes we did have a wedding function and several meetings rooms reserved for 2 different groups that night / weekend but I walked the parking lot myself when I heard that the parking was becoming full. I can assure you that there were many parking spots available but if you happen to be just looking at the front of the building and not beside or in the back than yes that part was full. We had no other complaints about the parking.
Room was in basement of building and barely adequate. Rip off on hidden charges. $19 per day amenity fee for small pool and small workout room, $20 per day for parking in an empty lot, and $40 PER Day for pet fee. Non of these fees were obvious when booking hotel. We will never use Ramada again if this is their policy.

Can sleep in this room cause around the fridge around it made so much noise every 10 -15 mins all night long.

We apologize if your stay was not a pleasant one. We have many new fridges on property. We would have been happy to change yours out.
Its really dated. We stayed on 4th floor of main tower and it had an odor..the room conditin had some damages that had been repaired but poorly done. We were not pleased that TV in Bedroom didnt work and the exhaust fan was loud and not able to be used. The restaurant was very slow and the food was garbage Don Cherrys is not holding up to standards...watched 3 other tables leave or complain about the foo. We will not likely stay there again. Pool hours sucks.
